Each month’s third Monday and Tuesday are reserved for HOA activities and cannot be reserved.
Description
The community clubhouse is open for homeowners to rent daily. It features a spacious kitchen with modern appliances such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Alongside the kitchen, there are two rooms within the clubhouse. One is a cozy sitting room with couches and chairs, while the other is a larger great room accommodating up to 60 guests. Furthermore, the clubhouse provides folding tables and chairs for 50 guests.
