We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please read the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations for pool memberships, parties, and clubhouse rentals:
Cancellation and Refund:
- Pool memberships for outside members are non-refundable and not prorated.
- All pool parties and clubhouse rentals may be canceled and refunded in full if the cancellation is made 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event.
- Refunds will be issued minus any applicable merchant fees incurred during the transaction.
- If you must cancel within the 72-hour window prior to your event, a cancellation fee of $25 will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Rescheduling:
- In the event that you need to reschedule your rental, you may exchange the rental date for a future available day at no additional cost.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options and availability.
Procedure for Cancellation or Rescheduling:
- To cancel or reschedule your rental, please contact our customer service team at least 72 hours before your scheduled event.
- For cancellations within the 72-hour window, please notify us immediately to minimize any applicable charges.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be processed promptly.
- Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
- In cases of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, exceptions to this policy may be considered. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
By booking a pool party or clubhouse rental with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Refund and Cancellation Policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
