Pool
The community pool boasts a capacity of over 141,000 gallons, with an occupancy rating of 160 guests. It undergoes regular maintenance multiple times a week, including daily testing when in season. The Department of Health oversees its operations to ensure compliance with public pool guidelines.
Each year, the pool is assessed by the DPH using the same standards as any other public pool. To enhance guests’ enjoyment, the pool deck features more than 20 chaise lounge chairs, picnic tables, and tables with umbrellas. Furthermore, the board annually approves a limited number of outside memberships for neighboring neighborhoods like Somerset. These memberships are available for one season until all the approved slots are sold. In March, we initiate the process by contacting previous members and individuals who have expressed interest in previous years.

Clubhouse
The community clubhouse is open for homeowners to rent daily. It features a spacious kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Alongside the kitchen, there are two rooms within the clubhouse. One is a cozy sitting room with couches and chairs, while the other is a larger great room accommodating up to 60 guests. Furthermore, the clubhouse provides folding tables and chairs for 50 guests.
